GET Mint - Good for you and Save a Farm.

Fresh Mint is one of my favorite herbs. I use it in a lot of dishes that I cook, from Thai food to cocktails. It's a deliciously versatile, popular herb used around the world and really who doesn't love IT?!
I'm asking you this Holiday season, to help out Crosby Mint Farm in St Johns, MI. It is the OLDEST mint farm in the USA and it's being foreclosed upon for missing ONE payment on their mortgage! The bank said this would be a success for them to shut down the organic mint farm.
Please buy a dram of mint oil (or more) from this Michigan farm and give them for gifts this Holiday Season. They're only $5, and you'll be doing a LOT to help out this cause and save a farm.
Mint Oil is great for Stress reduction. I've used it in oil burners for a relaxation technique and have dabbed it on my temples when I've had a headache.
Place a few drops on your pillow at night to fall asleep, or take a big whiff if you have a cold and clear up the nostrils!
There's really an endless amount of ideas you can do with mint oil, so use your imagination!
Mint is:
calming
relaxing
anti viral
antibacterial
antifungal
antisceptic
antispasmatic
If you can spare 5 bucks do something good for yourself and this farm.

Visit - http://www.getmint.com and get your mint oil today!

P.S. If you click the Title of this post, it will take you to a short youtube video showing you the farm.

Thanks!

Get ON your body! Sizzle those extra pounds In the ZONE!

Yes, it's OK in moderation to do what you did on T-giving. I'm definitely not going to hold it against you! BUT, now that it's said and done, no excuses NOT to shed the extra poundage you may have accumulated over the weekend.
I want FRESH Fruit tomorrow morning, egg whites, miso soup, why the Hell not. You need to get back on the track, literally, I want cardio cardio cardio all week, in the fat burning zone (thats when you can carry on a few sentences, not huffing and puffing your lungs out). It's really rather simple. you eat, you move, you burn fat. Now get to it! I expect it. =)
